Prepares women for expanded leadership roles in local and global communities. The Institute specializes in career and interpersonal learning technologies that empower and equip women with the essential skills for bringing vision to action. The seminars offer encouragement, inspiration and a sense of community. They support the individual life purposes of women dedicated to spiritually motivated social action.
Leadership Institute Objectives are to:
- Attract women of vision and strength, with the courage to act in the face of enormous opportunities and challenges.
- Establish bonds among women, serving as both role models and peers, with respect and honor for one another.
- Offer a unique and specialized curriculum to deepen personal growth, increase commitment and address the urgent needs of the human family on a worldwide basis.
- Provide an environment where women of diverse cultural, ethnic, religious and career backgrounds can freely interact.
- Inspire and support personal actions designed to positively affect issues that impact the global arena.
- Develop media presentations and information that will communicate the immediate opportunity for balanced global leadership and promote the relevant talents of visionary women in leadership roles.
Leadership Institute Seminars are usually held in conjunction with a conference or retreat. Our last Leadership Institute Seminar was held January 31 preceding our annual retreat in Walnut Creek, CA.
